Requests you send

When you suggest a business, request a correction, claim a listing, or ask about advertising, we collect the details you enter, including your name and email. Unicorn Media uses them to review your request and follow up. Contact details are visible only to authorized publisher operators and are not published as part of your request.

Directory activity

We count profile views and contact-link clicks by business, city, date, and broad referral source. These counters do not store your name, email, or an advertising identifier. A click does not tell us whether you completed a call or purchase. Temporary request limits use a changing hash of the network address and expire after two hours.

Newsletter and business links

Newsletter signup opens PV Pulse, where you choose whether to subscribe. Submitting a directory form does not subscribe you. Business and newsletter websites have their own privacy practices. Links may contain campaign labels to show that a visit came from Utah Favorites.

Hosting and publisher access

The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, whose security and operational logs follow their own policies. Publisher tools use ChatGPT sign-in and an explicit operator allowlist. Anonymous visitors do not need a directory account to browse or submit a request.

Corrections and removal requests

Use our request form and describe the information you want corrected or removed. Choose a business name or enter “Privacy request.” Please use the same email address as your earlier request so we can verify it. We retain submissions while handling requests and business relationships; you may request removal of contact details when they are no longer needed.
